• Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is successfully processed.

• Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations must follow our Cancellation Policy.

3. Pricing and Promotions

• Discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations Initiated by the Customer:

• Cancellations made at least 2 days / 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 2 days / 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

Cancellations Initiated by the Company:

• If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• Gold Epic Tours, Unipessoal Lda shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the experiences, unless caused by our own negligence.

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
